Yes, they check registration, fire ext, life jackets, and made me start my boat and pull kill switch.

Yes, they check registration, fire ext, life jackets, and made me start my boat and pull kill switch. Last time I fished it was 1993. I'm sure things have changed for the better since then but there's still a big crowd there and if the weather turns bad it can get scary. The Big Bass Splash on Fork can't compare to that circus.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

I've fished it 5 times. One time back in the mid 90's there were over 6,000 entries.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Only fished it once-1992.
Crazy even then -the 8th annual one.
