I like Spectrum. I get good internet service and use Playstation Vue for my content. Cut the cable.
ATT just ran fibers to the pedestal in my neighborhood and depending on the price and no contract I will switch just because.

I'm one of those people that switched from FIOS to Spectrum shortly after Verizon sold FIOS to Frontier. Frontier was not ready to support FIOS - we had lots of outages that we never had with Verizon. My wife works from home 3 days a week and we just couldn't take the outages anymore. We were also tired of having to call them and always ask for our price to be reduced - they never would give us as good of a deal as the new subscriber price. Switched to Spectrum a couple years ago. It's just okay in terms of service. We get an occasional outage but they don't last too long. They do at least have a physical store here in Plano if I ever want to go talk to someone in person. I did that a couple weeks ago as a matter of fact - they reduced my cost to the cost of a new customer like they're advertising and upped my speed to their new minimum (which was higher than what I had before.) FIOS lost a ton of customers in the changeover to Frontier - I've read a couple of articles saying that Frontier may end up having to sell FIOS because they're losing so much money. https://www.dallasnews.com/business/busi...-pay-tv-servicehttps://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/...-failed-auction

I have Spectrum here in TN. They provide a good product for the most part, but they are NOT customer loyal. I have phone, internet, and cable thru them. Plan on them luring you in with a good one year rate and the after that year it will go up about $5 every couple of months. So, by the time another 2 years rolls around you are paying an additional $120 plus your first buy-in rate.

Dvr’s are archaic compared to uverse. Record only two shows at once and can only watch one of those or cancel
