I used allibaba for tungsten weights. Bought 2000 of them for a crazy cheap price. Took about 2months to get them but got them crazy cheap. Were they any good? Ive heard they werent clean and cut the line a lot. Whats your experience?

My wife orders things from China and sometimes they get shipped really fast. Faster than ordering from another state. Good luck.

I used To by my tungsten from Anglers Pro, and they woukd chip and flake in no time These have had no issue chipping and havent caused any line issues after using them for a Year

I checked out the website yesterday and ended up ordering a dozen rod socks for like $2 each. I'll update whenever they show up.

So are they knock offs or original? All indications, pictures and comments they're the real deal. Check for yourself at Aliexpress.com . An Alibaba company. when i did a search on the site, none of the manufacturers were River2Sea. THe closest i saw were from SeaKnight? You're probably right Ted and if the lure is fake they'll get some really bad feedback here, other fishing forums and their website.  the SeaKnight ones looked pretty close, and who knows they prolly come from the same factory. Will be curious to hear your thoughts after they arrive. Even if they're knock-offs, if they are good knock-offs it wouldn't be the end of the world at that price.

Very few lures are made in this country, many are made in China and Japan. I'm pretty sure Strike King lures are made in Costa Rica. Many of the high dollar rods and reels are made elsewhere. I know the Whopper Plopper I paid $6.85 for is not the same as Dahlbergs version but if it performs and looks as good I'm happy. The communication has been good so far, they shipped yesterday evening. We'll see how it goes and I'll report whatever, good or bad.

I'm debating on pulling the trigger on tungsten there... do you know which brand you ordered? 1/2 oz seems to be around $3.80/2 pack. Want to order a couple hundred bucks worth and stock up, but just have a lot of hesitation.
