I don't know what is more far fetched in this story? Catching a 15 lb predatory fish on a chunk of spam, or catching a 15 bass in Granbury.

One of the funniest pictures I ever saw was of a "grumpy old man" holding up a monster bass. Below the article my friend had photo-shopped in the caption "I caught it, and by golly I'm going to eat it!" If you had seen the picture and the man's facial expression you would realize how priceless it was.

Hey - I believe it - I caught that same bass last week! Problem was, Grapevine has been so dang dry, by the time I pulled all the ticks off'n him he didn't weight but four pounds so I threw him back!
