How do y'all get the fish smell off? I wash mine 2-3 times and they still reek. The cheapest scented fabric softener on the shelf.

I will also recommend Simms...but I haven't tried many of the others and there is probably a comparable product priced better.

I like Simms Solar flex the best, I have the Simms Guide gloves too. They are good also and actually more expensive because they have leather stitched in the fingers for better grip. But i don't like them as much because they are tougher to put on and take off. As far as the fish smell, comes with the territory. When they dry they actually don't smell like a fish but do smell funny.

I use the Columbia gloves. They are alright. Very thin and nonrestrictive, but not the best grip either.
Tip: put the gloves on in the shower and keep them on while you shampoo. Rinse off and hang to dry overnight. Works great.

Prepare for the future-it will be here tomorrow. Personal Best Large Mouth Bass 9 lbs. 12 oz 5/13/19. Herb Stein, who famously reminded us that โif something canโt go on forever, it will stop.โ

Buff brand are good I haven't tried the new angler ones, I use these: https://www.amazon.com/Sport-Water-Glove...&dpSrc=srchThese are for water skiing I think but they hold up very well they have tacky palms, I have had my pair for like 4 years now and tho faded they are fine.

That is actually the exact pair I had. I should probably just buy them again. I have had mine for like 5 or 6 years now.
