Get the Ranger with a 115 pro xs. That would be a bad little boat.

Make sure to stock up on ear plugs....you will need them in that metal boat!  Wind is another issue with metal boat....sucker will spin around too easy. I had a 18' metal bay boat for many years. Sold it for $750.

Good choice on the aluminum center console. That's a very versatile boat. Check out the SeaArk as well.

Id buy the boat you like the most. A little more of a drive that you will seldom make isnt that big of a deal IMO. This, except I'd say "YOU buy the boat you like the most..." I ain't buying you a boat, but that is a very kind offer from Paul.
