Dr. Brown passed away right around New Year's Day. Very sad to lose Dr. Brown. He was a very nice man with a kind heart. His son Craig is now managing the ranch. PWF is managing the lakes.

Heartland 10/10 sounds like exactly what you are looking for. You can book reservations at Heartland 10-10 Ranch through Private Water Fishing. Can't we just call the ranch for reservations? Yes, heartland 10/10 is one of the few lakes on pwf that also allow booking directly through the owners. I fished it last year and booked it through heartland 10/10. It may be different this year, not sure. I would call Craig to find out.

I recommend Heartland, Mr. Tommy was an extremely nice guy as is his son Craig, great and easy to work with.
