For the most part I like TW. However, I do take issue with the way they handle backorders. The last two times I have had items that I ordered not show up. Upon inspection of the shipping invoice they did not charge me for them. Evidently they sold out of the product but it was not listed on the website at time of order as out of stock. The last time it really pissed me off because I paid for overnight shipping, and the one thing I really needed was not on the order. They need to come up with a way to let the customer know that they sold out of something between the time of order and shipping. When I order something and it shows in stock at time of order I just assume its going to show up. They send you an invoice with full list of what is shipped when it ships. Its always comes via my email.

I received an order fine but the packing box was busted all to pieces. Very cheap cardboard.

I have been using tackle warehouse for a coupe of years now and have always had good customer service and great return policy's. Never had any problems with them.
