The high school deal is out of hand. It could be run so much better for the kids, the fish, the whole 9 yards. There's just way to many out there. They are going to wait until there's a major accident until they change it as usual. They need to go to a regular sport tryout system. 2 teams for each school advance after each school has a couple qualifier tournaments. It seems the way it's being done isn't really teaching them the good habits from tournament fishing, conservation and stuff like that.

I think it's ran about as good as it can be. The kids are only as successful as the captains really. They are trying to put them on fish. Hard to have kids qualify cause the captains who are sticks will win out.

I agree with skipper. Just dont get the B, and C teams in everything. Qualify for the A team (the only team) or practice until you can- or cant. But Im a bit old school.
