Yes, the Pecos river access point off highway 90. What kind of boat are we talking about? That is not a very good access point for anything bigger than a Jon boat. I recommend Box Canyon if you are in anything bigger than a Jon boat and go up the Rio Grande. Spur 406 is going to probably be the most convenient boat ramp as far as access on the lake. Have fun and be safe!

At the current lake level you can only go upstream on the Pecos. The silt at the mouth of the Rio Grande is too shallow to go through in a bass boat. Box Canyon is the best place to launch if you are going to fish up the river.
