I have a Ranger 205VS which is 20'5", with motor down and swing tongue and slight angle it fits in my garage ...same size as yours. And that's with a Talon on starboard side. I have about 3 inches front and back to spare. The trick is back it in within 18 inches of parked, unhook and push it in the last foot. I also have 44's on floor to stop trailer wheels in back. Of course nothing else (car) fits in garage.

Bass cat boats with swing away tongue store smaller than most boats because of the swing away pivot point. My pantera 4 was the only boat I found that would fit in my 19'5" garage and I have to use go jaks to position it properly.

If you do it like me, you should be able to put a 22footer in garage. My boat is 20'2". I have a standard size garage, 20.5", and I use one gojak on one tire. Need two car garage without a column.
Jacks up and moves easily. Takes about 4 minutes to put her away. Aim engine in corner.

This...and buy hydraulic go pro jacks (one per wheel), allows you to make adjustments with no one else's help. Just keep in mind that when you go at a angle the only other item that will fit in the garage will be the trashcan.

I have a standard size garage and I have just enough room to squeeze between trolling motor and door when I put my 05 ZX225 in the garage. Once I found the right spot of it I put tape on floor so I can put it back in that spot.

2/9/18...UPDATE...for anyone else looking. I have been really looking hard this week at the biggest/best boat I could get in a 22'4" garage...STRAIGHT IN...NO ANGLES...NO FLOOR JACKS...NADA...STRAIGHT IN! I actually took a tape measure with me to a couple of dealerships looking for the biggest boat that would fit the criteria of parking space. The new Basscat Pantera Classic is a 19'6" boat, 90" beam and with motor all the way down and tongue folded is 21'7". The new Cougar Advantage is a 20'4" boat, 94" beam, and with tongue folded and motor all the way down is 22'2" long. Going to ride in both of these over the next week or two. If the Classic rides decent...that's where i'm headed. $20k less. Don't need to go 80 mph and more and 70 mph is plenty fast. As I'm looking thru the Basscat brochure there may be a couple more 20 footers that will also fit. The reason is that the BassCat tongue folds up exactly at the nose of the boat. That generally saves you anywhere from 2 inches to almost 2 feet on some boats that have folding tongues. I'll keep you updated as to how they ride. Thanks for all the feedback!

It's a Bass Cat. Of course they will ride really well.

If you really like Basscat go for it. If not, modifying the trailer of the boat you want will run you $500-1000. Any decent welding shop could do it. That or a new trailer is $3,500 or so, maybe less if you get decent money for your trailer.

You have other options if you don't mind getting creative.

Bottom line, you know what the trailer will need to look like relative to the boat sitting on it. Shop the boat you want and make it work. These are expensive toys.

buy a new house. roflmao the main reason we sold our house in Fate was that a 20' boat would not fit in the garage! we just built a new one in Campbell and I have 12'x40' for my boat!

Curious if the length on the Pantera classic was with the new 200 ProXS? When I measured I got 22'4". If could get to 21'7" I'd be much more confident I can get that in my garage at an angle.
