APD and EMS recovered the body of a man in his 40s today near the site of the boat crash. They're not certain if the victim is part of the collision episode from the other night... but I'm betting it is.

When I came to Austin in 1972, the town was 240,000 in population; now it's bursting at the seams at 2,000,000 and growing daily. The world is overpopulated, plain and simple. Worldwide famine, disease, scarcity of resources. Lake Austin and its environs is a micro-example of a macro problem.
