Do like the Flying Fish and just fill the walls up with old Bubba Bass! LOL, we want a little different look than that.

Greateful Head sucks...and it's one of the better ones. Thats the truth! Several people recommended it, told me it was real good. I tried it and it was like Pizza Pro on their worst day.

How you gonna cover two locations so far apart? I have a couple who are good friends of mine that live there, they are going to manage it, they are the reason I am doing it, really good folks whom I can trust. My GM here will be spending quite a bit of time there as well. Are you talking about Magoo?

Good for you. Hochatown needs a decent restaurant, the ones there are no good IMO. I kinda feel the same way, there are a couple that are not too bad but the wait time when busy is crazy. My thoughts exactly!! A person with decent restaurant skills and good food could make a good living there. I was amazed at the wait at the local pizza joint for average pizza. When I asked why they were short staff they told me that management had cut servers early due to ugly weather that day. HELLO!!! No one is on the lake or cooking out for the most part. So they want to go out to eat and drink!! Good luck!

If it's gonna be anything like your Southlake location, it'll be a big hit. I was in there for an order-to-go on Friday. You have a very nice establishment and great food, too! GL!

We are trying to expand that location, Friday and Saturday nights are pretty crazy, we have a meeting tomorrow evening at city hall, sure hope they allow us to use what we already have as far as building space and parking area.
