I checked the cost of an I Pad, around $325 in the cut rate stores and Apple had one for $799. Swigert was advertising his for a small donation of $1000. Swindle?

Well, if the buyer actually gets the advertised iPad, in the condition advertised, then I'd have a hard time calling it a "swindle". But it probably is preying on the gullible.

To me, a swindle involves delivering something less than promised. If I sell a computer claiming that it has 100gb of RAM, but really only has 10, thats a swindle.

But selling something for a stupid high price, in and of itself isnt dishonest.

He's Jerry Lee Lewis and Mickey Gilley's cousin, surely that qualifies him to get you to heaven for the low, low price of $1000.
