Have a cousin whose uncle and a couple of friends had a house built on Lake Novillo 40 years ago, and cuz and his kids go every fall. Said they pay a older man that lives there to maintain and look after it. They don't catch any monsters there with 7-8 lbs normally the big fish of their trips but a lot of 3-4 pound fish.
