So should I plan on going back on March 30th? heres what I would do. I would call the sporting goods dept at the local wallmart. really.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

My local Walmart guy is not a fisherman...not real sure I would trust that source...for me its TOW and fishermen I meet on the water...and those maddening electronic gadgets

I have been catching crappie north of pendleton bridge since the middle of january. Most of The giants on the north end are winding down. Two weekends ago we won a crappie tournament with 25 fish that weighed 48 pounds. Last weekend same area we caught 78 over the weekend and the best 25 might have weighed 35 pounds. The south end of the lake will be good through the middle of april. Meaning Housen creek, six mile creek, mill creek, and indian creeek, along with pirates cove.
