Depends on what I'm throwing and weather conditions. I prefer baitcasters but if the wind is in my face and I'm throwing a small jerkbait conditions will have me using a spinning rod. I always have at least one spinning rod on deck but probably 5-6 baitcasters rigged to throw. Yesterday on Ray Hubbard the better fish wanted a pointer 65 swimming with the wind for me to get bit consistently which had me casting a 3/16oz jerkbait into the wind on a spinning rod. I do what the fish tell me to do.
