Time to get the injured big money players their surgeries or whatever they need. Let Rush get him some game experience. Tank the rest of the season. Get a top 10 pick. Fire the entire coaching staff. And see what happens next year. The injured needing surgery always wait till next year right before training camp to get the surgery.

Dak is horrible, never was totally on board with him, I would not mind a cleaning house type deal, i like Garrett but damn, this is bad. I think I will boycott the NFL now since Dallas is out and sucks anyway.

Fans need to realize the one consistent thing is that Garrett isn't a Top 50% coach. He needs to go. Until then it's more of the same.
If I were a owner of any NFL Team the coach would get 5 years to make the team a factor in the playoffs. This will be Garretts 7th full season. He also coached the last half of the 2010 season. 3rd year of a 5 year $30MM deal. Pay him $12MM to be gone. Heck A&M is set to do it with Sumlin.

Jerry please start looking for some coaches for next year, the ones you have now just suk Jason Garrett couldn't motivate a lion to eat a steak much less a football team. This team is broken and needs another Jimmy Johnson type to motivate, teach them how to block and tackle and how to win again. Jerry get off your a$$ and get a REAL head coach in here.

Agreed, I would be in favor of Gus Malzahn or Dan Mullen as our new head coach. Both are great motivators. I don't think the team trust, respects or believes in Garrett.

So now all of a sudden Garret is a POS? No, he's Been a POS since day one, but the OT DC faithful wouldn't hear of it. Maybe finally Jerry will see the light and get someone in there who can lead a team, but I doubt it. He's as much the problem as anything else is.
