Let me try and answer some of the questions about Private Water Fishing. And thanks for the kind words from so many.
Just be careful if you go to lunch with Steve and his wife and she asks you if you are single....

Steve, how many lakes do you have within 75 miles of Houston? And for anyone considering PWF, best lakes and people in the business. I have several friends that are long time, very happy members.
Once upon a time I was a member and guide at Lakes of Danbury. At it's peak, there was nothing like it. Fishbreeder designed, built and managed that property for the Zwahr family into what it once was.
LOD is now privately owned by a family. Mostly for duck hunting.

Yes. We have 5 lakes within 75 miles. But in fairness we are not as good a value in Houston that we are in DFW, San Antonio, or Austin. Of the 4 major markets our inventory of lakes in Houston is smaller. We were able to add 2 new lakes in the Houston area and I am working on a 30 acre lake around the Gibbons Creek area, which I give a 50/50 chance. We are always on the look out for new properties. I simply don't have the network of folks in the Houston area that I have in other parts of the state. If you know someone who may want to learn more about our program I welcome all leads. We pay a commission for opportunities and more commission if the deal closes. Thanks

Just to add to what Salex posted above, joining PWF is one of the best investments I've ever made in terms of fishing success. I know of no other waters where I can catch 5 bass between 8 and 10 pounds in a two-week period like I did 2 years ago, all from the same small PWF lake.
