Golden Retriever, hands down sweetest, best temperament, most personality. Great dog.

My daughter has an Australian Shepherd that I watch frequently. The dog has to be constantly on the go and needs someone or something to herd. Loves to fetch and swim. Overall a very good and fun dog.

I have only been bitten by one dog and it was a chihuahua that belonged to neighbor. Mean little dog.

By far our chihuahua is the meanest dog I've ever owned. But he loves my wife so he gets a pass.

He's got 5 confirmed, legit bites. OMG

But people should have recognized so it wasn't his fault

Never owned a bad dog. We now have a pair of mini-aussies and they are a blast.

I've come to grow very fond of our 2 yr old black mouth cur. Since evolving out of the "puppy stage" she's just a super good dog to have around the camp.

Best dog ever would have to be jasmine the female Rottweiler . Big ,pretty, momma bear like attitude , smart and loving . Always licked your face and sat at your feet and watched over the babies . Would not tolerate yelling or newcomers not introduced to her .

Best dog: Tie between Hap the German Shep and Huyana the Carolina dog / American dingo. But I was too small to remember Hap as much more than a warm furry pillow.

Worst dog: Dachshund. Hard headed, stupid, vicious little pigs.

Best:
1. Chihuahua - best dog we ever had
2. Great Dane - my personal fav

Worst:
1. Dachshund
2. None could be dumber than the dachshund, that dog was incredibly dumb and a gigantic ace beating. Glad it's dead.

Note: I'm not a dog person, so I couldn't care less if we had dogs.

Annie the Airedale Terrier was our last dog & she may have been our best dog. A tear appers when I think of her.

Our smartest dog was a doberman pincer. She loved our family, but did not care for house guests.

Dumbest was Freddie the cocker spaniel, but he made up for it by being a loving dog.

My mother had a poodle when I was growing up & he was probably smarter that the doberman.

My Mother always had a dog & my Father just did not pay much attention to them.
