Is any one less impressed with IHOP food than they used to be? IHOP used to be the place for family gatherings when Mom and Dad came to visit or I came off the road for some time off we went to IHOP. That seems to have changed. I had two doctor appointments today and it being the first time I left the house since getting out of the hospital, I decided to treat myself. I ordered the bacon, sausage link, eggs, and hash browns. I was a bit disappointed. Ordered scrambled eggs and got fried. The bacon was chewy and not crisp. Hash browns Disney seem fully cooked. Even the toast was chewy, just Just barely toasted. Maybe that's the way their customers prefer their food. Not me. The sinker was $2.59 for a glass of sweet tea. I did not complain except to bring me scrambled eggs. I even left a good tip. It wasn't the servers fault if I didn't like the way the foods was prepared. Is anyone d else t an on IHOP or is it just me?**
**Go ahead and pile on. I asked for it.

It has diminished here in the past few years. We only go about twice a year and doubt we will ever go back.

I sure do like their link sausage. Wish I knew where to find that in a store.

Last time I was in a IHOP several years ago, I ended up contacting corporate about the lousy service, the staff arguing out in the dining room and the poor quality product the delivered to the table.
I will not be going back

Left Ihops long time ago. Dirty, unstaffed, and terrible food for the most part. There are a few good ones around, but they're few and far between.

Their quality has gone down in the last year, but they made up for it by raising the prices.

I went with a friend recently because it was their favorite. It was $27 for 2 people with drinks, $32 with tip. The next time I took them to my favorite place. More, better food, better service...$25 with tip and so much food we needed a to go box. IHOP might be good if you're drunk, otherwise, it's not worth it.

No, I just started going in the last few years, so I don't have my youthful collaborations to compare.

The IHOP near the Mall of America in Minneapolis was pretty good last Thursday night.
