White Oak is a great area.... put the boat in the creek channel and fish all the timber on the edges.

Find the submerged bridge and fish the area thoroughly. I prefer a big swimbait, but a C-Rig or deep diving crankbait will catch fish.

I believe there are 2 White Oak Branches on Lake Fork. One is just north of 515W. The other is well north of 2946.

Are they both private ramps? If not I'll be accessing the one that's private!
Also Mr Richie White would you happen to have any tips and lure selections for that area?
Thanks

It depends on the map. Google maps calls them both White Oak Branch. I think of the one above 515 when someone says White Oak Bay. But I rarely go north of 2946 because of time. In my mind, White Oak will always be south of 2946 unless otherwise referenced.

Thanks I do not believe either has a public ramp but the 515 west public is just across the bridge from White Oak at the 515 bridge area. The closes ramp to the one above 2946 is the ramps on the 2946 bridge the one was free, the other is a pay ramp, I think its three dollars tho. The fall pattens, spoons,c-Rig, Crank Baits, swim baits, and A-Rigs. The bridges in the mustang area is good or deep creek bends with shad is another good area to look. You can always fine a few fish in shallow areas with willows T-rig. Good luck just my .02

I can't argue with that but most lake maps has one bay and one branch, I wasn't trying to argue its not likely they are same name. I think most just reference one as 515 the other as 2946. either way good luck Mr Richie LOL
