i asked that question to one of his cousins whom i played softball with 20 years ago. he answered the question with the following; " he is in tune with nature, and if you think he's a good fisherman you see him hunt "

I wish I knew KVD "personally" LOL!!! I hate losing at anything too..doesn't make me number 1 at everything I do.. KVD is the man!! hands down

Some guys are naturals and think in a different way. The questions they ask and answer to themselves every day on the water help them break down water in a way most of us can't comprehend.

All of them practice hard. But you're right, KVD is special.

He's what I call a once in a generation guy. They don't come around very often in any sport. Dale Earnhardt, Roland Martin, Jim brown, etc
