UPS will not deliver until payment is received when shipping COD. Was just reading the UPS website. They will NOT accept cash for a COD, and even if you mark "cashiers check or money order only", UPS does not accept any responsibility for accepting obvious fraud or forged instruments. USPS does COD and accepts cash from recipients. But they only accept up to $1,000 per parcel. Guess that answers my original questions ... gotcha.. what about fed ex?

gotcha.. what about fed ex? What do you know. Fedex will do COD delivery, and the shipper can designate 'cash only'.

Im still wanting some satisfaction out this deal. I don't have anything else. It wasn't my find but it was all true. Maybe I will ask him if I can take it to Zeke one day. I rarely think about it anymore
