Love hearing about new baits....but I'm gun-shy to spend over $2 more per pack. However, the recommendation sounds firm..... I'll give them a shot. Hopefully the swamp hog is a little more durable than a brush hog.

I have caught about 80% of my fish using brush hogs, they just flat out work all year long. I started pouring my own plastics and now have a bush hog mold. Its fun to be able to make any color I want, or match other store bought colors. My favorite colors is probably green pumpkin magic and watermelon purple flake. All my plastics float so if I miss a fish and loose my bait I usually see it float to the top and re use it lol. Ill have to try the V&M swamp hog, they look pretty good and have a good color selection.
