I think I saw on landbigfish.com where they had select G Loomis rods on sale either 30 or 35% off. I didn't look into which models were on sale but may be worth a look.

Maybe LBF is going to be it. Wish they had a little beter selection, but i found some things i was waiting on TW to get. Been watching Monster Fish too but haven't seen them pop a sale. Tackle Trap is another good one, but not many sales.

They normally will also let you add an extra 10% off if you qualify for a military discount.

I don't like you guys. Made an order Saturday figuring they would have had it by then- nope. Only logical thing is to make another order, right? Just gotta sell a couple reels I never used.

Has anyone else made a 4th of July Tackle Warehouse order totaling over $150 and added the free t-shirt and discounted hat to their order but when the email order notification is receiveded the full price is added to the order?

When I submitted the order the Promo Hat was $5.00 and the Promo T-Shirt was $0.00 but when I received the email with the order details I was charged $12.74 for the hat and $8.49 for the t-shirt.

I paid for the 2 day UPS shipping so I will wait for the final invoice before contacting Tackle Warehouse and in worst case will just return the hat and t-shirt.

For the Tackle Warehouse Memorial Day sale my order totaled over $150 and I had no problems adding a free t-shirt and a discounted long sleeved t-shirt.

Also for the Memorial Day sale I did get the additional 10% military discount but it does not appear on the 4th of July sale. I know that not every Tackle Warehouse sale allows for the 10% military discount so I have no problem if not applicable to the current sale.

My t-shirt showed up as free on my invoice. I didn't order the hat or long sleeved shirt.

I waited for a TW sale until Sunday night (July 2) and then bought the Loomis rod I wanted from Legacy Tackle. Got a good deal. Guess TW either hesitated to have a sale and maybe was "pressured" into it" or simply planned on the late arriving sale. I think they did sacrifice many sales for the delayed start of their sale.

I received my Tackle Warehouse 4th of July shipment and the hat and shirt showed up on the invoice as full price. I emailed Tackle Warehouse about the problem this morning and they replied they were refunding the full cost of the t-shirt and all but the $5 price for the hat. I am satisfied.
