Apicius?

The reason for me posting the weirder stuff on here is I've been doing kind of a "world cup" of food, and specifically reaching far and wide to learn new dishes. Yucatan region of Mexico, Puerto Rico, Korea, southern Italy, Colombia. If it turns out good, I will be posting it. This is kind of my database of good recipes.

Rick Bayless has a lot of great Yucatan recipes.

Yep. I know. I collect interesting cookbooks and have been specifically going through my collection. I have a pretty big library and have things from all over the world. And with the internet at my fingertips, I can translate just about anything.
