Ice, a couple spoons of salt if needed, recirc pumps on full blast, pump in on timer to keep from losing all that cooled water.

Catch-n-release is awesome! I had a 6 pounder eat a 2.5 Squarebill to his gills. I was sick as I just knew he was going to die on us. Bleeding like crazy. Had catch-n-release in the livewell and sprinkled a little where he was bleeding and he was good as gold at weigh in 4 hours later. You could see how it coagulated the blood. I was able to pull the blood out of the livewell. It was just crazy how fast it sealed him up. Great stuff!! Fish clot in water. I had a bleeding fish last weekend, dunked him in the water, immediately clotted, the drops of blood in the water coagulated as well. No livewell treatment, because I was fun fishing... I use SureLife too at times, just don't want you to think it is 'magic' at clotting the blood, that's all the water.
