I re'align my bevel on a Lansky Diamond
For touch ups I use the bevel of my trucks side glass
Blade steels often "roll" a good edge
Auto side glass (top edge bevel)has yet to be beat
Toyota,Chevy,Ford,Dodge are all the same

Yes, on serrated only work the flat side of the blade.
