50/50 Masa,Cornmeal Tony C 1tbs per 2 cups Black pepper ALWAYS fried in straight lard** Variant is 50/50 Tony C with Old Bay the rest never changes(never) The drizzle is whole salted butter,Virgin Coconut oil,fresh whole lemon with zest included Just well melted and allowed to rest to let the jest release the oils. Extra Virgin Coconut oil is the counter measure against all the other lard stuffs I use it every time I can see a use for it(sneak it in) Fried taters an onions or tortilla's and verde' Game ON!!
