These two legends are naturals on camera; interesting personalities/characters. They might not say much, but if they do say something, it will be gold. Agreeded,

Sounds like an awesome opportunity for you! I'd be happy with anyone mentioned.

It's hard not to say KVD. There are a few that I would stay away from but otherwise should be a good learning experience whoever you get.

Whatever your weakness is, pick the guy that specializes in the technique that you could learn the most from. If you don't have any weaknesses, then go with your favorite character.

Defoe and Montgomery seem like real gentlemen. If I got hung up, they wouldn't throw me out of the boat. In another time, I would have liked to fish with Tom Mann. Now that was an interesting cat.

On that lake I would take Kieth Combs!
Take Dead Aim I'd rather be lost on the water than found at work! SkeeterEater

Who could you stand to learn the most from?
Hypothetically, if you are a finesse guy at heart and that's how you fish 80% of the time, and you have a pretty good understanding of what's going on and how to do it. How much could you pick up on what a master of the craft can teach you like an Ehrler, than say an 6hr crash course on a technique you don't know anything about. He could help bring your most used fishing style to a level higher than you ever could on your own. This goes for any technique.. if you're a power fisherman, obviously KVD; offshore cranker, Keith Combs; flipper, Biffle; jig fisherman, Hackney etc.
You don't take an entry level college course from a professor who teaches only masters classes, this shouldn't be any different, so take something you're good at and learn from a master and truly get better.
You aren't going to learn any idiosyncrasies from one day on the water from someone if you don't already have that base knowledge.
You are going to learn a lot and have a great time regardless of who you choose! Tight lines!
My wildcard is Andy Montgomery. Probably the best on tour at presenting baits to fish.. that's definitely something we could all get better at!

I say we fish 5 days a week and work 2.
