Finally I got some good news and I see a light at the end of the tunnel. Chiseled out most of the spill. Got the pumps and hoses ordered to replace the drain and upgraded the livewell to recirculate now. I finally got the thru hull fittings removed and have been a little worried about what I'd find in the stepped transom. Is was dry and no rot down there! It might actually be back together this weekend. I actually might be able to still get in part of the spawn!

His transom should be as good as when the boat was new! But believe me- it is a big project rebuilding one! Not going to be done in a weekend when live well and splashwell ned attention.

I think a floor and stringers might be a lot harder than the transom.
