We fished docks docks and more docks. Had a limit by 8:30 and culled all day. Our bite died when the sun came out. We culled a few times but not enough to get a check. It was fun, caught alot of fish. How did you guys do?

We did not catch a fish until 8:30. Did not have a limit until after 1:00.

We only had 10 bites all day. Finished with 3 keepers for a little over 6lbs. All of our fish were caught on docks as well. By the time we figured out the pattern we didn't have enough time to finish out a limit.

Lower unit imploded at 1145 in Lynn. Spent the next 3 hours on the trolling motor headed tword Log Cabin before getting a tow. We made it back right as first flight was coming in, put it on the trailer and headed home.
I do want to give a shout out to the entire BassChamps staff, we contacted them that we were basically stranded losing power with the trolling motor, and they stayed in touch with us through the in tire ordeal to make sure we were OK. After boat started coming in they even had someone ready to come tow us if still stranded. First class organization, glad to be fishing with them.

We had 5 bites all day. 1st one came on rocks. About a 3 pounder. Next fish caught on a dock 6 pounder. Next two bites were between 4 and 5 pounds off docks and we lost both of them. Last bite we caught a 4 1/2 right before we were do in. Weighed in 3 for 13.67 . Had the bites to do so much better just didn't capitalize but that's fishing

Popped motor before noon. Put it on trailer and went home. You, too? Mines going knock, knock, knock, knock. Going to pull the spark plugs in a few and see if there's a hole in my piston. It was running really good right before.. I think it leaned out and burnt a piston. We ran up to 334 bridges first, no bites in 3 areas we found fish 2 weeks prior. Left there and ran to kings creek, and that's when motor popped. Fished there 2 hours with one bite. Limped it back to the ramp. 45 minutes at 20 mph to log cabin from kings creek. Good news! Spark plugs good, lower unit oil full of metal! Must have hit something running to kings creek! Notch in the propeller blades, too. Looks like metal or concrete ding, definitive rip in the metal blades

Was thinking of fishing Bud Light at Cedar in a couple months. With all these motor problems I may call my buddy and see if he wants to fish out of his boat.

I was a GREAT net man. Watched my partner catch every fish boated the entire day and 2 of them were 6+. Fortunate enough to finish 7th for a check. Seriously, fished all day within feet of each other mostly throwing the exact same thing and I got one bite. Good thing this was a team event. Hate to here about all the breakdowns...that stinks.
