I plan on going Saturday. Anyone know which ramp is open at Dalrock? I see vehicles parked on the west side in the lot that has been closed since Rowlett sold the place. All I have seen on the east side for months are a couple of dumpsters. I have been launching at Heath but forecast calls for a north wind this weekend.

same here. im wondering what ramps are open. sometime dalrock or sometime bayview I don't know why they keep switching it. last week (I think) I saw the dalrock ramp open. so which ramp is open this week? heath is pretty far drive

I like the free chaha/johnPaul ramp because it has a dock. Too much constructions going on at dalrock ramps and i have no ideas.

I have not been to Chaha since they put dock in. I don't normally don't use because of having to work through stumps to main lake. Good to know about dock because the retaining wall it was not good.

I guess no one knows if Dalrock east is open for sure. I would like to fish Saturday and will launch there in a 20 mph NW wind but not on the west side nor Chaha and definitely not Heath.

Got to go to Hubbard AGAIN!! this time with Champion Fish and Fishboy Frank. We got out there at 1 PM and landed over 60 big sand bass, They are huge this year. It was a windy day but we found em and got em. PS: watch out for the sail boats they almost ran over us ( just kidding we were a good 100 yards away from the buoy they were using out in front of Chandlers and all of them did good. Did get an ear full from one of the boats i guess they were having a bad day .

Great Job Guys. We had a good day Saturday as well. NO the east ramp is not open only the West side.

that is I thought since I have not seen a vehicle on the east side for months. I guess they are keeping their promise to Rowlett that at least one ramp will be open even if it is the worst one with the least amount of parking. Can't wait for spring/summer. As long as the lake stays up I will launch at Heath as long as I have a helper to drive the truck.
