I spoke to a Texas Game Warden friend of mine last night regarding this. I can't speak directly for him and I am paraphrasing here..
He basically said Texas Game Wardens won't be enforcing this because it is a federal law. But he said that Federal Game Wardens do have jurisdiction on this law if they choose to enforce it, but he couldn't speak for them as to whether or not they will.
Thought I'd let y'all know. Tight lines.
I say we fish 5 days a week and work 2.
