Let's say you just purchased an item earlier in the week at full retail price and suddenly in this mornings email blast you realize that it's gone on sale.

*Note this item is 2 pieces and both are same price. You bought 1 of the 2 but really need the other as well.

Do you

A.) take said item back and ask for store to honor sale price and purchase other item needed?

B.) take item back to different store claiming it suxs or don't fit and get full refund then go to other store and purchase both items?

This would also require said store to offer full refund of original price during said sale.

Option 5. Call and speak with someone in authority before driving to the store, and "ask" what is the policy for said situation. This happens to everybody at times. Being shady and "tricking" the store by claiming this or that just to get a deal "feels" shady. There is no need.
