I'd truly be interested to see what you have come up with on this lake and one other that I know fishes very similar. Palestine seems to defy traditional patterning and thinking.

Have fun launching at that 315 ramp and idling kickapoo for the first time with the lake 1.5ft low...... For your first time on the lake don't bother fishing up north unless you want to be stuck on trees all day and deal with sandbars. If your just trying to learn a new lake and like adventure by all means go for it.... But its not going to be a cake walk if you don't know where your going.

So my Question is there another way to get into Kickapoo from Kickapoo ramp if you cannot get over road bed?

more or less screwed if you can't get over road bed at first or second bridge opening.
