So it will never fill up will it? Epic snow in the Rockies. I mean crazy snow. Or a major change in how waters allocated or stored... The idea of storing much less water in Powell and instead storing it in Mead has been kicked around. Idea being the older harder rock that forms most of Mead loses less water to seepage than the sandstone that surrounds most of Powell. If they ever proceed with that plan... That'd fill her up. Not likely doe.

How much water will it catch after the huge floods California is about to get? Is this a Lake Grapevine flood situation here?
The Grapevine reference is that it was really, really low, then it flooded in a week. ask me again in june, after snow melt.

It's so stupid how water runs downhill. Rivers should only flow south and east. Not West and north. Denial aint just a river in france ya know
