So a bunch of people quit cause of chitty work conditions and you're on here trying to recruit replacements? You should probably leave that part out when you make a job posting.
That being said, I'll do it for a company truck and 75k a year...which is well under the normal six figure salary that most TFF'ers demand. You forgot the no drug test requirement.

I've been on construction sites where you needed some pretty thick skin in order to get along. Not sure exactly what kind of harassment they endured (you didn't say), but as you know green hands will sometimes get rode a bit hard in order to find out what they're made of. If you want to keep good hands they need to know you've got their back and lead men need to know where the line is so they know when they've crossed it. If the harasser in question had been a problem in the past this situation might have been avoided by putting him in check or cutting him loose if he was unmanageable.

If anyone in the Houston area has construction or relatable experience and is interested in doing architectural and artistic signage feel free to shoot me a PM. We are down three guys now and have plenty of work despite the slow oil industry. Long-haired freaky people need not apply.

Sounds like you got two better guys out there in the wind. Or a couple of Nancys, hard to tell. Seems like on a construction job site, it should have been handled more man to man.
This is management's fault you know, pay closer attention and respond a little quicker. Talk to and hang out with your guys more. Good luck.

Long story short, one guy was discretely harassing the other two guys on job sites and it got to the point where they drove home from a job down in Corpus, gave HR statements on everything and quit. I went down to the job in Corpus to do damage control and find out the guy who was harassing them is quitting too because he thinks HR is making stuff up and that they didn't quit because of him. The guy harassing people on job sites has been around too long and he was going to be fired anyway because of what he did. Really bums me out though because those two helpers who quit because of a crappy lead man we're good hands and good personalities to have around.
If anyone in the Houston area has construction or relatable experience and is interested in doing architectural and artistic signage feel free to shoot me a PM. We are down three guys now and have plenty of work despite the slow oil industry. They say the #1 reason people quit there job is because of a chitty supervisor. Most employers avoid fixing this problem which results in more problems.

If the two who quit are as good as you say and you want to rehire them, I suggest you make them an offer at a slightly increased rate. They may not accept, but it would be a good idea to paper an offer in case they Sue for harassment. They have already quit, so they don't have to take consider an offer to sue for harassment. They quit to avoid future harassment. It sounds like he lost 2 good workers.
