Through many years of research I have come to the conclusion between 1-3 am ..at least on Lake Fork . just my 
In order to catch Big Fish..Sometimes you gotta Suffer.

Best time to go, is whenever you can be on the water. +1 Morning is probably best, but I usually go at sundown cause that's when I'm free, and that works too.
