Of course it would.... it's made of composite. Honda spent 5 years in R&D just looking for the material for the bed.

Had to be

1. Strong
2 no corrosion
3 conceal the trunk that would hold the spare
4 steel stamping and welding issues were avoided
5 it had to have a non slip surface

Honda estimates that pound for pound it's 3 times more expensive than steel... they aren't out to sell a half million of them

They are selling extremely well in the mid cities...

I think they will sell a lot of them. More mainstream look, well engineered, an Honda reliability will sell itself. It is not for me because I need a heavier duty truck, but that doesn't take away from the positives. It will sell well. Not everyone needs a big truck.

Does the Honda Ridgeline outsell the Subaru Baja? That is its only competition, at least until someone cuts off the back half of a Toyota RAV4.

I thought we had all agreed that what is really ghey is sitting in judgement of how someone else spends their money. Y'all are quick to point that out in regards to fishing clothes, crocs, boat choices, food, drink, etc.
