Looks delicious  You know, here in the Metroplex, we are short changed for good fish fry venues like this! If you're ever on the southside of Ft. Worth give Madea's Down Home Cooking in Everman a try. IMO, they have the best homestyle/soulfood in Ft. Worth area. Fried catfish every day and other great tasting comfort food. Also, bring your appetite - the servings are huge!  Smothered pork chops  where is that? our office is in Everman
