So you buy raffle tickets after the tournament? When is the raffle and where do we find the results? Thanks Mayo, I will be there selling raffle tickets when you arrive for check in tomorrow morning. We will be doing the drawings during and after weigh in. We will have everyone put their name and number on the tickets so if we draw your number and you are not there, we will hold your prize and contact you so you can get it. I will be in front of the store selling tickets all day as well, so if you are not fishing, you can come by any time to buy some! Thanks for signing up and fishing with us!

Gassed up, oiled up, rigged up .. Ready to go! Don't even care if we catch a keeper! We are all winners for helping out a fantastic cause!!! Thank you greatly to all involved and all that contributed!! Many times I am the first person to see cancer in a person with my CT imaging... It's very sad and hurtful every time! One of the hardest things I have to do is take the patient back to their room knowing that I can't say a word to them about anything (only doctors can give results/interpret imaging). I hate cancer!

I've been on the wrong end of that test Ronnie. It's a very sobering moment.
Weather tomorrow looks good!
Partly Cloudy High of 87 Starting at 69 - Winds from the South 10-15 mph Humidity 72% Good day for fishing!
Dunkin Donuts in Rockwall is providing a little breakfast for participants in the morning. That should get there not long after Registration starts. It's going to be a fun productive day! If you can't fish, come by in time for the weigh in and try and win something in the raffle. It's almost go time!

I did not realize Cameron. I'm very sorry for your loss. Cancer doesn't care about your age, race, gender or anything else. It's a demon that causes pain, suffering and loss. I'm proud to be taking a small part in this battle and look forward to thanking all of you tomorrow for helping us in this fight. See you all VERY early. Get some rest tonight and catch 5 big ones tomorrow!

Just left and 18 something was leading and 6.64 was big bass. Great turnout and lots of fish caught. Great tournament for a great cause and a great success. Kudo's to everyone involved.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

We are done and what a day it was. On a day when we were sweating how many would come out because of other large competing events, and high winds, we had 62 boats join us today. 62! Thank you all! The team of Brian Fox and Wes Price took home the $3000.00 first prize weighing a 5 fish limit for 18.68 pounds! RHBC members Garrett Macias and Bobby Finta took home the $500.00 big bass prize with a 6.64! Most importantly we took in over $17,000.00 for our friends at the American Cancer Society and more is coming in. We have to pay the bills out of that, but most of it is going to ACS.
Thanks to Arie Curtis and Ginger Hutson from ACS for your guidance and confidence in us. Thanks to the incomparable Scott Gordon. First class all the way. Thanks to everyone who donated goods and services to the incredible raffle drawings. Thank you to our sponsors for setting the groundwork for this event. And thank you to my incredible brothers and sisters of RHBC. You came out in force and made this event great. I will get full results and pictures from the event posted ASAP.

Great Job Tom and congrats to the winners
Politicians, baseball players, high-powered corporate CEO's they all seem to eventually let us down. Nature, however, does not. Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.

We had a great time today. We must have caught 40-50 fish but came up short of the money. More importantly what an awesome outcome for a great cause. Thanks to RHBC and ACS for coordinating this tournament in support of the less fortunate. Congrats to all the winners and to Jim Harcrow and Kevin Weiss reppin Mc Kinney Bass Club on their second place finish.
