The short ones won't always reach the bottom!  That's good to know.

If you're going with Talons, go with 12 foot. I don't see any reason to go shorter. Exactly. I wouldn't buy Talons unless I was getting 12'ers . That's the main benefit to me of getting Talons over PP. coach
