Did it have a Trokar broke off in it? Seriously. I have been broke off twice in that lake....same general area. It is a beast! There are some great bass in that lake....just gotta know where to go. No hooks that I could see. I have had the catfish break me off a few times. Last time it was when I finally bought an Arashi squarebill over the cheap H2O's. First cast, so long fancy squarebill. Never caught a catfish on a crankbait anywhere else in my life, but shallow on hachie and you'll run into a few.

I lived in in the Waxahachie for 5 years. Great little lake. Do they still have the weekly jackpot out there? They do. Fished it last night. Didn't do any good but its always fun.

NEVERMIND....I went and got my Trokar back. Mine wasn't a DD. Very close. But no.
