Whats your names. I be interested in helping. But i like to know what i am getting into. I dont want to be out of line. I mean your first is next week and you have no time on the water yet. Am I reading into this correctly where you are saying the THSBA are the one's that need to figure out how to get boat captains paired up with each and every team that signs up?? If that is not what you mean, my apologies. But if it is, there's just no way that is a possibility. My opinion is that it is ultimately the responsibility of the parents who are signing their kids up for this activity to find or line up a boat captain. What a lot don't know or understand is that the THSBA is run entirely by volunteers (except our Admin Asst and the tournament directors). We have way too much on our plate as it is without having to take on the responsibility of finding boat captains for all teams. Whereas we try to help when and where we can, it's Just not feasible or fair to put that off on those of us volunteering our time to everything else that goes into this organization.
