Looks to me like a snake from Krypton. You can see it is black from the charring upon entering the Earth's atmosphere. The dead grass is also a dead giveaway as to were it landed. I would be weary of that thing, I hear the have super powers. The best way to rid of it is with Kryptonite.

The most concerning thing about this thread is that "yo-yo's" was used as an insult.

I have video proof that the snake in the picture is fake. That snake is an actor that was on the movie "snakes on a plane" and just recently on a you tube video. That picture was screen shotted which is why it's so blurry. Evidence below

You can see the same snake in this video. Also notice the same grown grass/dirt patch from the pic posted by the OP
