HAHAHA yes! I notice this as well. "I'm not looking for any specific waypoints, but feel free to PM me waypoints if you don't mind"

IMO....Honey Hole is the best fishing show out there....Bill will tell you exactly what you need to know about the lake he's fishing....just because he gives out the location....doesn't mean you can't duplicate that spot, elsewhere on the lake....besides.....I've fished with people who were catching fish....and I wasn't....or vice-versa....you still have to catch them....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....Honey Hole Outdoors....

Quit crying best show around for help new people learning bass fishing ,we had him come and speak at our bass club , great guy. By the way right before he came to speak at our club he showed a lot of my spots on Joe Pool but we don't own them just don't like having to share them with other boats.

For the original topic - He fishes a kickerfish bubble fry. Better load up on them if you find them as the company is closing shop.

Now for the popular discussion - He was told info via third party. The middle man and a person who was on fish had previously agreed that Bill wouldn't film and give away the specific spot.

Moral of the story... Don't trust anyone with your honey hole.

Benbrook is small. I highly doubt there are many "secret spots" out there.

^^^^ exactly! Very small lake and with the technology of graphs and Internet combined there are no secrets on benbrook... Quality little lake though for solid bass; Not so much a numbers lake in my opinion though unless you're fishing for the hybrids. Great show!

Benbrook is a feast or famine lake. Fishing it will humble you more days than you would like. Mustang point and Richardson point where Bill fished are very public spots that get hammered by alot of boats. I have fished it for the past 29 years and when I am on fish I keep my mouth shut and enjoy it while it lasts. Loose lips sink ships. I have caught my fair share of big bass on that lake but I don't post the fish pics on here or post about the lake because the pot will get licked clean every time. There are no secrets on Benbrook. There is only good or bad timing.

He stated on the program that he found those two spots pre-fishing for a tourney and he and his daughter weighed in a 30+ pound sack for 5 fish in the tourney. Who exactly is the middle man? And seeing the map he showed... those are the two main points on the whole lake. Doesn't take a rocket scientist.

roflmao Yep they do that every year right before a tournament on the particular lake they are wanting to take Ol' Granddad to. That always makes me laugh...

All you whiners, most of you can go to the spot right where bill caught them and be lucky to catch one fish, it's not majic to find a high profile spot, but it is to catch them, you fish a spot and don't catch a fish then a pro comes behind you and catches three good fish, why is that, luck? I don't think so! Some people are clueless to fishing!!
