The floods have reestablished the bait fish population but it isn't what it used to be and was almost non-existant for a couple of years. It never was a lake where you would catch a ton of fish, but it did have a good number of really big fish. Not so much any more....but please do enjoy the new multi-million dollar Casino Beach resort and entertainment district that your federal tax dollars paid for in the form of a grant to the city. I have a 12 ft hammerhead under my belt at age 16 off the Lake Worth Pier in Lake Worth,Florida. I'm ready to drug around in my 14 ft V-bottom these Blues are a blast.

But...there is still decent sized fish there because I have seen recent pics of some pigs. Granted....may not be 75lb+... bummer... but who knows in the future.
