I was wondering what are yall's favorite baits to throw for schooling bass? I was on the lake this evening and bass were schooling all around us. We managed to catch a few on shaky head, crankbait and whopper plopper.

Small swim bait, crankbaits, or topwater dependent on the situation...

I really like the kvd 1.5 in any shad color, and a one knocker lipless crank

I used to see them schooling at grapevine years ago. Take a cork and tie two white crappie jigs below them about 10 inches apart.
Throw into the school and you should be able to catch two at a time.

Gay blade or little George if they are schooling on little shad. Zara or 3/4 oz rattle trap if they are feeding on big shad
Retirement best job ever.
